Pathways Consent Form

If you are 18+ years of age, you are invited to participate in a research study at the University of Massachusetts Amherst entitled, “Pathways Study.” This research study is an extension of previous work attempting to identify pathways of adult personality development. Specifically, the purpose is to validate a new questionnaire designed to better identify these pathways. The questionnaire is online and will take you approximately five minutes to complete. Your participation is completely voluntary and there are no known risks. You can quit at any time or skip any questions you don’t feel comfortable answering. We do not record any personally identifiable information about you and your answers are completely confidential.
